At Glitch Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Due to the nature of jewelry items, returns or refunds are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting us with their order number and clear photos of the product.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
